How Did You Get Here?

I was born in Portland, spent my formative years in Phoenix and Philadelphia, went to high school in Chicago, and moved to LA for college. I got my first marketing internship while interviewing an HR rep from Astellas Pharma US for a school project, and I locked down my first full-time marketing position at Veritas Prep by winning a business plan competition at Pepperdine. The other partners at E3C asked me to lead all marketing efforts based on my experience in the field and our work re-branding Veritas Prep and creating the company's new website. I have never really made a decent resume or prepared for an interview, but I am pretty good at marketing and group projects.

What Do You Love?

I love being a part of things that are innovative, and engrossing, and powerful. I love MUSE concerts, social movements like the Kind Campaign, and companies like Apple and Zappos.

Your Favorite City?

That is really hard. I love living at the beach in Malibu. If I was going to move to a real city, I think Barcelona would be at the top of my list, especially if I could improve my Spanish or Catalan over night. You can't beat it for atmosphere, location, or fun, and the weather, art scene, and local soccer team aren't bad either. Paris is the most beautiful city and the city that impressed me most with its art, architecture, and culture. I also love being in London and wearing coats and scarves and watching Chelsea games. I will retire somewhere warm by the sea.

Who Makes You Jealous?

Cristiano Ronaldo. Brad Pitt. Richard Branson. In that order.

Who Do You Admire?

I really admire smart, bold, creative people who are the best at what they do. Bill Gates. Matthew Bellamy. Didier Drogba. My dad.

Favorite Brands?

Zara. RVCA. Apple. Lebron.

What is your greatest talent?

I am good at putting things where I want them to go.

What is your best character trait?

Loyalty.

Why do you heart E3C?

E3C allows me to pursue my passions. I love being creative and launching new projects. Each week, I am presented with new challenges, and I get to study a wide variety of companies and industries as I work to separate my clients from the competition. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a member of our greater E3C family succeed. Also, I love having a flexible schedule. I work better at 2am than 2pm sometimes, and my boss is cool with that ;)

What should today's companies focus on to succeed?

Customer experience.

How Did You Get Here?

I was born in Dallas, Texas where I spent the first 17 years of my life. During that time I spent many hours playing on / learning about computers. For college, I took off to beautiful Malibu, California and attended Pepperdine University, where I studied Finance. Currently, I live in Austin, Texas where I am getting my Master's degree in Computer Science.

In no particular order, Malibu, London, Austin. Malibu has amazing weather, beaches and access to all of the great things about Los Angeles. London is such a historical, vibrant metropolis. I love walking through London and getting lost in the huge buildings and history, plus they have a really cool public transit system (The Tube). Austin, has everything you need, amazing restaurants, tons of bars/live music, and technological innovation, it's the silicon valley of the south.

What do you bring to the table?

I like to help people - simple as that! Whether that's giving my advice or pulling on someone's creative strings... I'm content when people are happy and heard. I enjoy being a part of facilitating and encouraging the ideas that add value to businesses and projects. I'm a big fan of working smart and being vocal. And most importantly, if I never make you laugh or smile... then I failed you.

Favorite quote?

"There are three gifts in this life: integrity, intelligence, and energy. Without the first one... the other two will kill you." - Warren Buffet

How did you get here?

I grew up in Southern Oregon and learned a few things early on: 1. It's always important to spend time outside 2. Food gives you energy and brings joy 3. I'm allergic to mosquito bites 4. Go to college. I attended Pepperdine University and studied International Business and dabbled in a little finance and marketing at UCLA shortly after. I came to appreciate talents/skill-sets that I didn't possess and found them in others around me. Hence why ErroThree Consulting LLC came to existence! E3C became a collaborative effort of some talented and motivated people that wanted to help other businesses/organizations optimize their appeal and growth. Since day one, we have committed to excellence and fun times... and we've been lovin' it ever since!

What are my favorite businesses/organizations?

Google, One Campaign, Chelsea F.C., Pixar, Trader Joes, Amazon, Apple, Focus Features, Dutch Bros, and ErroThree!!!

What should today's companies focus on to succeed?

Encouragement. Honesty. Creativity. Technology.

Favorite hobbies?

Cooking, traveling, camping, jetskiing, snowboarding, beer-tasting, listening to / playing music, spending time w/ loved ones (definitely includes our dog, London Bear), eating, reading, investing, working out for 2 weeks straight about every 6 months (I know... I know), etc.

How did you get Here?

I was born in Ventura, CA and raised in a small little town called Grants Pass, OR. When I graduated high school, I ventured down to California again to attend Pepperdine University where I majored in Advertising and minored in Multimedia Design. I started free-lancing for a few companies to pay the bills and realized that I could be paid to be a professional colorer. The rest is history...

What do you enjoy doing?

I absolutely love what I do for a living. My mind sees colors and shapes. It makes me feel like I haven’t worked a day since I graduated. When I’m not designing, I’m probably out paddle boarding in the ocean, sailing, playing volleyball, hiking, running, traveling, listening to music, reading, or studying the work of other designers so I can stay up with the latest styles.

Favorite Quote?

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. - Phil. 4:13

Favorite Places you’ve traveled?

Grand Cayman Islands, Vancouver, Cabo, all over Spain, London, and Amsterdam. I prefer the beach, but I’d still say Vancouver, Canada is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been.

What are your favorite programs to design in?

I love Photoshop and Illustrator.

Favorite Brands?

Hugo Boss, Original Penguin, Theory, Tom Ford, Prada, Zara, RVCA, Apple, Nike, Puma, and REI

Favorite Drinks

In Order: Water, Newcastle Brown Ale, Ferrari Carano Chardonnay

What do you wish you were better at?

Spelling...I just can't do it

PC or Mac?

Mac, but I use both.

Favorite Music?

Temper Trap, Hot Chip, Boy Crisis, Local Natives, LCD Sound System, Junior Boys, Dawes, Miike Snow, Muse, Band of Skulls, The Nationals, Cut Copy, The Big Pink, The Whites Boys Alive, Black Keys, One Republic, XX, Passion Pit, Uffie, Amanda Blank, The Killers, Drake, Cold Play, Ray LaMontagne, and a lot more

Why do you heart E3C?

I love working with talented people and being able to spend the majority of my day designing or thinking of creative ideas to make companies better. I love the creative process and that fact that I get to be a part of it every day makes me feel like I’ll never have to work.

THE ERROTHREE STORY:

Where the mountains meet the sea, there is a little company on the beach that makes dreams possible. The company's leaders love helping people and solving problems, and do so as much as they can. When students came down the hill from Pepperdine with big plans of stopping female bullying, this group created a website and all of the resources they needed to start their movement. When the Bachelor wanted to be more than just the Bachelor, he turned to this organization for help. When the world's largest GMAT company needed a way to promote their new consulting division, this company helped them rebrand and make the transition into becoming the leaders in two distinct business areas. This firm, with headquarters in Malibu and new offices in Austin, is ErroThree Consulting (E3C), and while their young past has been eventful and rewarding, their future looks even brighter. With plans for using their company as an incubator for launching altruistic business lines and a growing integrated marketing business supporting both their efforts and those of their extended community, E3C is positioned to make an even bigger impact in the years to come. Give them a call. Join their community. They would love to help.
